History for Fentanyl surpasses heroin as cause of most overdose deaths in the US

Note → You were right that I couldn't directly justify the 25%, but even for 2016 is was over 25% so I thought it would be safe to say for 2017. I've plotted the data with an extrapolation to 2017. I have no idea how to set the size or position, so feel free to alter or delete
Note → Some re-wording and re-structure of article. Removed heroin from summary as in title. Also tried to re-word the summary to show fentanyl contributing, not sole cause of the 70,000 overdose deaths- removed 25% as couldn't find clear source stating just fentanyl- please re-add if found
Note → Because the CDC report is about 2016 and the 70,000 is the preliminary 2017 figure and we're nearly at the end of 2018, there's an issue about how to state these figures so they seem clear and relevant. I've attempted a re-wording to slightly clarify. I wasn't sure from the original wording of the Summary whether the 70K was total overdoses or fentanyl, so attempted a reword.
