President Donald Trump tweeted about the performance of Emanuel Macron; he claimed the following:

The problem is that Emmanuel suffers from a very low Approval Rating in France, 26%, and an unemployment rate of almost 10%. He was just trying to get onto another subject. By the way, there is no country more Nationalist than France, very proud people-and rightfully so!……..

Claim 1: 

Emanuel has a 26% approval rating.

Fact Check 1: True. 

Kantar Public’s poll of October 31, 2018 puts Macron’s approval rating in France at 26%, down from 44% in January. link

Claim 2:

Unemployment rate in France is almost 10%

Fact Check 2:  True. 

According to Reuters, France’s unemployment rate stood at 9.1 percent in the July-September period, unchanged from three months earlier.
