Title is probably true, most of the rest is blurb.
Like 50% of Wikitribune artilces, this is cryptocurrency spam from a fake author.

Andrew, thanks for commenting on these articles.

Yes, we’re fully aware of the recent uptick in cryptocurrency stories and we are monitoring them. However, saying that 50 percent of WikiTribune articles is cryptocurrency spam is patently untrue.

Well, I can only speak for the ones I get notice of. And it’s almost exactly 50% of them.
Today, for example, two out of four.
Granted, my sample may not be representative of the Great Mass of Articles – but I suspect you have a Very Big Spam problem, and ‘monitoring’ isn’t enough. Because by the time you dig ’em out of the long grass where you’ve kicked them, most would-be volunteers will be long gone.
And while I’m on my high horse, even those articles that are not obvious spam, a very high proportion are not news either. They’re
simply blog posts disguised as news; personal beefs and hobby horses.
And please don’t tell me I’m the only one complaining … that would be beyond tragic.
