    Please, first and foremost, I want to emphasize that a politically neutral and reliable news resource would be a great benefit for the global community.

    1) Out of self-interest, and as a supporter of WikiMedia, I hope that the WikiTRIBUNE project succeeds.

    2) Based on a review of “China will test Trump’s ‘America First’ policy “ I think you are starting on the wrong foot. I agree that the news is broken and from your beta site I am not sure I see a refreshing fix.

    The essay on China was no different than what I will find in the: New York Times, London Times, Japan Times, ad nauseam…

    Summary: The author provides an “opinion” essay on what should be presented from a “neutral” —or an approximation of neutrality— geopolitical perspective.
    For example: Xi is presented in a positive light & Trump as a naive and bombastic nit; China is on the verge of world domination, USA is falling fast….
