    Hi Chuck!

Thank you! I wrote something about the Philippines because I noted there was a lack of stories about my country.

I think it’s cool you were able to the visit Visayas and Mindanao. I hope you had an enriching experience.

It’s an interesting coincidence you mentioned WT’s water crisis project. I just wrote an article about the watersheds surrounding Manila for another publication; I still have extra research notes from that piece I wrote. Will contribute a story later this year.

Hi Patricia: I note you’ve contributed some good work to WikiTribune from the Philippines. Thank you for that. The Philippines is an important location for WT. I want to make you aware of a new project on WT that will gather reports from around the world on various water crisis and other issues surrounding the availability of clean water. The project announcement is here: https://www.wikitribune.com/water/

I wonder if you’d have an interest in contributing a water-related piece from the Philippines? I know there are plenty of things to write about. I found this: https://water.org/our-impact/philippines/

Although I’m now on the U.S. West Coast, I’ve spent a lot of time in the Philippines (Quezon City but also some time in Visayas and Mindanao) and remain interested in affairs there, so I’d be happy to help edit any stories you might write.

Either way, thanks for your contributions to WT. Chuck
