The German Federal Government answered “Written questions” of MP.

Neither actually nor in the past, Members of the Federal Government (ministers or secretaries of state) stand resp. stood in contact with CA. “Stand in contact” is meant in the sense of an appointment, of a meeting, “Member of Government” in the sense of “in function as a Member of Government”.
