  <strong><a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-42826028">Discounted Nutella caused fighting in French stores </a>after the Intermarché chain offered a 70 percent discount on Nutella, bringing the price down from €4.50 ($5.60) to €1.40 ($.1.70).</strong>
Nutella (CC BY-SA 4.0) Police were called when people began fighting and pushing one another.
  "They are like animals. A woman had her hair pulled, an elderly lady took a box on her head, another had a bloody hand," one customer told French media, <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-42826028">according to the BBC.</a>
  The BBC also said that these violent scenes across France were described as 'riots' by the French media.
