    Hi Patricia,
I revised the tag list, please tell me if you don’t agree.
In order to build a tag, I tried to determine the official name of the event the article is about. There is no such term in the LCSH (Library of Congress Subject Headings).
According to the Vatican, there is the “feast of the Black Nazarene”, part of which is the “Black Nazarene procession” which celebrates the traslacion of the statue (https://www.vaticannews.va/en/church/news/2019-01/black-nazarene-philippines-manila-tagle-devotion-fanaticism.html).
Thus I choose “Black Nazarene procession”.
I think “traslacion” is little known in the English speaking world, and it is lesser used as measured by the amount of Google hits.
The article is mainly about the event, not about the statue, so that we don’t need “Black Nazarene” as a further tag.
“Catholic religion” is quite the same as “catholicism”, thererfore I think the latter tag is sufficient.
