There have been multiple wildfires spreading across thousands of acres in California. Below is a list with some summarized details for a few of the fires. Please add more information as you see fit.

  • Camp Fire
    • Date started: November 8, 2018
    • Location: Butte County
    • Acres burned/ containment: 153,336 acres – 100% contained
    • Structures destroyed: 13,972 residences, 528 commercial and 4,293 other buildings
    • Injuries: 3 firefighter injuries – 85 civilian fatalities
  • Hill Fire
    • Date started: November 8, 2018
    • Location: Hill Canyon Rd and Santa Rosa Rd, Santa Rosa Valley
    • Acres burned/ containment: 4,531 acres – 100% contained
    • Structures destroyed: Destroyed – 4 Damaged – 2
    • No injuries recorded
  • Woolsey Fire
    • Date started: November 8, 2018
    • Location: Los Angeles County,Ventura County
    • Acres burned/ containment: 96,949 acres, 100% contained
    • Structures destroyed: 1500 destroyed – 341 damaged
    • Injuries: 3 firefighter injuries – 3 civilian fatalities
  • Branscombe Fire
    • Date started: October 7, 2018
    • Location: Solano County
    • Acres burned/ containment: 4,500 acres, 100% contained
