    Why Semco from Brazil is not even mentioned here? Feels the most famous democratic workplace oriented company.

      I didn’t mention Semco because its not a worker cooperative. But perhaps a broader discussion about “democracy at work” should include the Brazilian company. Do you have any affiliation with Semco?

        I wish I had but no, unfortunately I don’t. I’ve only read several summaries of Ricardo’s books (compiled by Amazon(?) ), and am a huge fan of his management philosophy.
