I’ve quickly read through the the Spanish. It’s broadly okay, though a bit clunky in parts and with some minor grammar typos. There is at least one sentence mistranslated in a way that could impede comprehension. The original says “It (the free trade area for goods) would avoid the need for a hard border between Northern Ireland and Ireland, without harming the internal market of the UK…” The Spanish version (my back-translation) reads “It would thus avoid the need for a hard border between Northern Ireland and Ireland or would harm the internal market of the UK…” Guy Norman, Spanish-to-English translator in a previous life, and very aware of how difficult it is for even highly professional translators to avoid the odd slip-up under tight deadlines!
The Twitter mention for Oscar D Torson on Twitter does not work as the account is protected (not public) at the moment.
Thank you, I’ll have a look at this now. The account was public at the time of publication.
