    At the second to last bullet point it is said that “The UK government has previously said that this option, which would create regulatory barriers within the UK, is unacceptable”. That is in fact a recent assertion by the PM. “This option” (regulatory alignment between NI and the ROI) was previously been agreed in principle in the December talks with the EU. It may be safer to describe the UK as resiling from or reconsidering a previously agreed position.
