    The title presents a conclusion that I don’t see supported by the reporting. It’s the word “thaw”. What’s happening does reflect “ongoing developments in the relationship” and that might even be called “change” but the conclusion that this is a “thaw” is the kind of journalistic leap I might see in the New York Times or the Chicago Tribune, not in the unbiased wikitribune.

      Fair opinion. Given the background of the Korean conflict, I would argue that marching again under the one flag (after 10 year gap) and the appearance of Kim Jong-un’ s sister in the delegation represents an easing of the situation, a warmer-than-freezing relationship, and hence a thaw of some degree. One meaning of thaw is “make or become friendlier or more cordial”.
